I like working with stories. Any stage of the process, from research to outlining, drafting, editing; most subjects, fiction or non; or working with others to edit and improve their work; this is the work that motivates me. Because they involve both visual and verbal elements, I am particularly interested in video/film and stage. I also find it exciting to share my knowledge with others, and act as a mentor, coach and cheerleader for people new to or early in their careers. At the same time, I very much enjoy anything to do with computers and digital technology.
